1 Age – as on May 1st of applicable season.

   Proof of age required prior to playing for age-restricted new members/changes from previous season's membership

2 Restrictions:  Men – tee times restricted on Tuesdays; Ladies – tee times restricted on Wednesdays

   Junior Play - Any weekday and after 2pm on weekends and holidays

3  Minimum spend amounts are not prepaid, but is a requirement during the season.  

4  Couple memberships – category determined by oldest member's age

5   Student memberships - Proof of Full-time Student Registration is required prior to playing

             

Note: General, Senior, Intermediate and Student categories purchasing Early Bird memberships (before February 28th, 2026) , will receive two complimentary 18-hole golf passes.

 

Policies

 Membership Confirmation

 Membership is confirmed when the Office receives notice of payment and your membership is processed.

        The new or returning Member receives a confirmation email. 

       Note: We require up to 2 business days to complete the above processes.

 

Membership Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • All cancellation / refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Requests received prior to May 1st will receive a full refund.
  • Requests received before July 15th will receive a 50% refund to be applied against a renewal of the next season's membership fee.
    (Request must be accompanied by a Medical Certificate)
  • For requests received as of July 15th, no refund will be issued.
  • The Member can make a request directly to the Board of Directors for consideration.

Fall promotion memberships cancelled prior to the beginning of the golf season will lose the 50% Fall payment, up to a maximum of $1000.

 

Insurance Statement

 Fort William Golf and Country Club is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while you are on/use the premises.

 Purchase Membership
