Membership is confirmed when application and payment are processed, and the new or returning Member receives a confirmation email from Accounts Receivable.
Note: We require up to 2 business days to complete the above processes after April 20th.
All cancellation / refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Fall promotion memberships cancelled prior to the beginning of the golf season will lose the 50% Fall payment, up to a maximum of $1000.
Fort William Golf and Country Club (FWGCC) is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while you are on/use the premises.
Payments will be processed on or about the 26th of each month.
Payment Date is April 20th
The Capital Improvement Fee will be charged to your House Account in April.
